  • AI, GenAI & Agentic AI leadership: Conceived, architected and led Visa's AI-powered platform engineering and agentic operations framework for Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure; built a multi-agent operational ecosystem integrating Kubernetes, ServiceNow, Tetrate, Quay, CMDB, observability and operational tooling for AI-assisted troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis and operational intelligence — with real-world adoption in production.
  • Agent platform engineering: Kagent-based declarative AI agent platform on Kubernetes, custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for the Kubernetes ecosystem, domain fine-tuning of upstream Kimi models, enterprise RAG architecture, and autonomous agents for SWAT incident resolution, live operational SOPs and automated cluster health checks.
  • Kubernetes platform: Co-architected Visa's enterprise Kubernetes service into one of its strategic platform engineering initiatives, supporting 140+ clusters globally — owning the end-to-end lifecycle across architecture, automation, security, observability, networking, service mesh, registry, storage, upgrades and operational governance.
  • Cloud-native adoption: Led OpenShift, Mirantis Kubernetes, Tetrate Service Bridge, Calico, Kyverno, GitOps, Quay and CSI-based storage standards; developed automated cluster onboarding, lifecycle and refresh, significantly reducing deployment complexity and operational overhead.
  • Platform standardisation: Drove container ecosystem standards across multiple engineering organisations — reusable patterns for security, networking, service mesh and observability — and supported critical application-modernisation initiatives on shared Kubernetes platforms.
  • Infrastructure automation: Architected and scaled enterprise configuration management (Ansible, Chef) across Visa's global estate and multiple datacenters; designed end-to-end provisioning automation for compute, storage, middleware, databases and applications — including bare-metal flows for Hadoop, Oracle and Cassandra.
  • Cluster build framework: Built Visa's cluster build automation framework — networking, storage, certificates, load balancers, CMDB, observability and security in one repeatable platform; established GitOps-driven infrastructure lifecycle management and standardised operational patterns at scale.
